Refund and Exchange Policy
We want your shopping experience from Tallyna to be enjoyable and perfect. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your order, we offer you the possibility of returning it, according to our returns & refunds policy:
Return policy:
- You may return your purchase within 7 days from the delivery date of your purchased item.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition and full original packaging.
- Before you return a purchased item, please contact us to declare returning it and, eventually, tell us the reason of the return to help us improve our services and solve any issues in the future.
- Please make sure you ship back the returned item to the exact address provided to you by our customer service team and kindly notify us about the shipping date.
Refund policy:
- Refunds will be approved once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- We will notify you of the approval of your refund.
- If the returned item doesn’t meet our return policy terms, in case of any damage in its original unused condition, or any signs of use, refund will be rejected. Shipping fees are not refundable.
